David is ideally qualified to provide comprehensive Property Consultancy and Advocacy, his qualifications include a Real Restate Valuer and senior member of the API – The Australian Property Institute, Real Agent and member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria REIV, Qualified CPA Accountant.

David as a Registered Valuer with an unrestricted Certificate to Value all of the forms of real estate including residential, commercial, retail, industrial and rural etc throughout Victoria in accordance with the Valuation of Land Act (1960) and both a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent as well as a Certified Practising Accountant. It should be noted that for over the last 30 years David has been continuously engaged as a Valuer in completing very detailed valuation work commencing back in 1975 with the Australia Taxation Office – at the central City Valuation Section then later in 1982 with the Victorian State Government – Major Projects area at the Property & Services Division and then ever since 1987 as a privately employed practitioner with BMT Valuers.

David is now the major shareholder and Managing Director of BMT Valuers Pty Ltd for over 25 years.
